Business Cost Consultants to exhibit at the Housing Finance Conference and Exhibition 2012

March 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Business Cost Consultants (BCC), one of the UK’s leading independent utility consultants, will exhibit at the National Housing Federation’s Housing Finance Conference and Exhibition 2012 on the 21st and 22nd March at University of Warwick, Coventry.

The conference, which is celebrating its 30th birthday this year, is the UK’s largest housing finance conference and will host over 1,000 attendees over two days at a time when the housing environment has never been as testing.

Housing Associations today are dealing with issues such as difficult lending prevails, changes to the accounting regime, record low capital grant levels and many more issues. Despite this, many housing associations have adopted a higher risk strategy to support government ambition to develop 170,000 affordable homes by 2015. This means that associations must squeeze every last drop of efficiency.

BCC have been working with housing associations and charities over the last 17 years to help them reduce electricity, gas, water and telecoms costs. BCC’s team will be on hand during the day to provide advice on reducing energy, water and telecoms costs and to highlight how their clients have saved thousands over the years.
