Wild Plum Café and Bakery Cookies Rock!

MONTEREY, CA (February 25, 2012) Wild Plum Café and Bakery, located at 731 Munras Avenue in Monterey, Chef/Owner Pamela Burns announced today that Wild Plum will National Chocolate Chip Cookie Week March 12 – 18 and National Apricot Cookie Day March 18th.

It is cookie madness at Wild Plum.  Chef/Owner Pamela Burns will be giving away a dozen chocolate chip cookies and a dozen Oatmeal Apricot Cookies to celebrate.  Between March 1 – 15 stop by Wild Plum and enter your business card to celebrate the upcoming cookie holidays.  Two winners will be randomly drawn on March 15th end of business day.  One winner will win a dozen chocolate chip cookies and one winner will win a dozen oatmeal raison cookies.
March is really about cookie madness.  Stop by and help us celebrate.

The Wild Plum is located on a side street and is almost invisible to tourists, but upon discovering it, you are bound to become a regular. This is a true green business featuring a great variety of salads, soups and sandwiches, with hormone free Turkey and grass-fed beef as well as being as organic as possible on all of our products . As one of the few on-site bakeries on the peninsula we are known for our rustic American baking. The case is full at 7am and the pastries are still warm. We do a second bake of cookies and desserts beginning at 12:00.

The Wild Plum Cafe and Bakery offers a variety of services including a full service cafe serving delicious soups, daily specials and gourmet sandwiches. Our bread is house baked and our meats are roasted on the premises. We have a full service deli. Our bakery specializes in pastries, pies, cookies, desserts, Wedding and special occasion cakes.

Our Catering Services include Weddings, Event Planning, and Parties as well as Corporate Events. We specialize in Corporate Box lunches and Deluxe Box Lunches or Dinners for meetings, tours or conference groups. We deliver and pick up.
