"Sheriff Sale Guru" Marc Sherby agrees to one 3-Day Foreclosure Auction Workshop May 18-20 2012

Feb. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- With foreclosures and tax sales continuing at record highs for the foreseeable future, the time to be buying real estate is now and it seems a shame if you don't know how to take advantage of this stage of the foreclosure process.  To that end foreclosure expert, Marc Sherby has agreed to do one 3-Day Foreclosure Auction Workshop to be held at the Holiday Inn in Ft. Washington, Pennsylvania on May 18-20 2012.  This will be his ONLY Foreclosure Auction Workshop in 2012.  

In spite of reports that his October 2011 workshop was to be his last, he responded, “I really love doing the workshops, I just don’t have the time.  But I had some requests if I would please reconsider and do just one more.  So I relented and scheduled a workshop for May 18-20”.

“My 3-Day Foreclosure Auction Workshops are really unique” says Sherby. “What I teach you really can’t learn elsewhere. Oh you could try learning it on your own by trial and error but that can get expensive, and you really don't want that."  

What makes Sherby’s workshop unique is that he actually takes you to a Sheriff Sale at the Courthouse and explains everything firsthand. “I transport everyone to the courthouse and we watch the sale together.  Then we discuss it over lunch.  Afterwards we visit the various offices in the courthouse and I show you how and where to find the information you need to conduct your research. That’s what sets my workshop apart. It’s all done firsthand by me”.  The other two days of the workshop are spent in the classroom. “At the end of the three days you will know how to buy at any type of Sheriff, Tax or Judicial Sale, 3rd Party Auction, Trustee Sale, Tax Delinquent Auction, or Tax lien Sale in all 50 states.  In fact I’ve expanded this particular workshop to include short sales and REO’s as well” states Sherby.  

Seating for this workshop is very limited.  “I only take about 12 students for a workshop” Sherby explains.  “This is not a topic that lends itself well teaching to a class of a hundred people. Besides I couldn’t bring that many people into the small courthouse offices even if I wanted to”.
