Co-Founder of Autumn Leaves, Jane Anderson, Named D Magazine’s 'Excellence in Nursing' Finalist
Anderson recognized for 30 years of nursing in neurological studies, long-term care
Joining Anderson in the running was finalist Jennifer Goen-Runnels, nursing services director of Christian Care Centers, Inc. The winner of the division was Nancy Stretch, nurse practitioner at the Family Medical Center at North Garland.

Prior to co-founding Constant Care Family Management, the oversight and management company for Autumn Leaves more than 10 years ago, Jane was regional director at Alterra Health Corporation and was instrumental in establishing their memory care division. Jane holds a bachelor of science in nursing from Michigan State University and nursing certifications in several areas including an OCN® (Oncology Nursing Certification)
