FaMe Solution to increase efficiencies across Maintenance, Asset, Energy and Project Management
Industry experts have reported that the region’s FM segment has grown to become a multimillion dollar industry and is rapidly gaining momentum in the region. Factors attributed to this growth are the continuing influx of construction projects over the past few years. The FaMe application is a 100 per cent web-based application that caters to the entire lifecycle of buildings, which consists of energy efficiency, reducing life-cycle costs, contracts, cost effective FM and sustainability. Utilizing a proven lifecycle management solution like FaMe not only contributes to effective management of the facility but also makes substantial savings in the overall operational cost and provides useful statistics to management.
“The Middle East region has witnessed a lot of construction activity, with major projects already completed and several others in pipeline. A large number of projects that were once stalled have already resumed operations. The vibrancy of the Middle East’s construction industry translates to huge potential for the asset and facilities management segments,” said Jitendra Deshpande, Business Manager, Omnix International. “Moreover, the present economic situation is putting pressure on company bottom lines, which in turn necessitates a committed drive to adopt new technologies to increase operational efficiency.
