Restaurant Brokers Lease Vacant Restaurant for Rent

The new concept is named Le French Quarter Cafe and will focus on fresh breads and a legacy of baking. The new owner is Eric Dauce.  Eric previously served as the Head Baker and Pastry Chef at Highland Bakery, He was also the Head Baker and Pastry Chef at Alon's Market and Bakery.  In addition to his local experience, he has worked at the prestigious Charleston Place Hotel and the Normandy Artesian Bakery in South Carolina.

The Healey Building is a historical property and was actually Atlanta's last major construction project prior to World War I.  It was designed by Walter T. Downing an architect well known for his eclectic stye and love of detail.  It was developed by real estate developer William T. Healey.  The building is listed with the National Register of Historic Places and has distinguished Landmark status.  Today it consists of fourteen floors of luxury condominiums and is also home to numerous businesses.  Le French Quarter Cafe will be on the ground floor of the building, which encompasses an entire city block, includes a dozen restaurants, numerous salons, an art gallery, several fine clothing stores, offices, and more.
