Food Bank for Westchester Seeks Nominations for 2012 Hunger Heroes

Feb. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- You know who they are... Those individuals, groups and/or programs who have made exceptional strides in the fight against hunger in the community this year.

The Food Bank for Westchester is seeking nominations for the 2012 Hunger Heroes
in three categories:

- The Volunteer Award: A volunteer or group of volunteers who have provided outstanding service in helping to alleviate hunger in the community.
- The Service Provider Award: An agency or program that has provided outstanding hunger-relief service to its community.
- The Donor Award: An individual or corporation who has been generous in the fight against hunger in Westchester County.

Please share their names and stories with the Food Bank for Westchester so they can receive the public accolades they so richly deserve.
