Follow on Google News | Androscoggin Bank Promotes Chief Resource Officer David Pease to Executive Vice PresidentThe Board of Directors of Androscoggin Bank are pleased today announced their unanimous decision to promote David Pease to Executive Vice President. His new title will be Executive Vice President, Chief Resource Officer.
David’s contributions to the Bank are many. Notably, he led the development and implementation of a bank-wide performance management system that includes the Accelerated Career Enhancement (ACE) program, a unique mentoring program for high-potential employees. During his tenure, the Bank has been honored as one of Maine’s Best Places to Work for three years straight. Additionally, David is a critical part of the senior management team that led the Bank to one of its most profitable years in Androscoggin Bank’s history last year. “At Androscoggin Bank we realize that people are the key factor driving client satisfaction and ultimately our success. David’s contributions leading to employee engagement has been monumental. Rarely is a promotion awarded for which the recipient is more deserving than is true in this case,” said Paul Andersen, President and CEO. With more than 23 years of human resources and training management experience, David is a strong advocate for employee growth, development and feedback, and a champion of a diverse, team-oriented and high performance work culture. He joined Androscoggin Bank in 2008 and also teaches management courses at Thomas College. David has also served as Volunteer Leader for the Maine State Council, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, and previously worked at Sebasticook Valley Hospital, The Hartford, and USF&G Insurance. He holds a M.S. degree in Human Resources Management from Lesley University, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine.
