Seven Ciena Healthcare Skilled Nursing Communities Recognized as the Best Nursing Homes in Michigan

Feb. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Seven Ciena Healthcare skilled nursing communities in Michigan have been listed as the best nursing homes in the state, according to the latest rankings published by U.S. News & World Report.  Each community received an overall five-star rating, the highest possible.

The Ciena Healthcare communities include Autumnwood of McBain in McBain, Christian Park Healthcare Center and Christian Park Village in Escanaba, Fountain View of Monroe in Monroe, Lakeview Manor Healthcare Center in Tawas City, Qualicare Nursing Home in Detroit and Royalton Manor in St. Joseph.  

The U.S. News rankings are built on data from Nursing Home Compare, a consumer website run by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  CMS sets and enforces standards for all nursing homes enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid.
