Group Show of Bulgarian Artists Abroad at the Ukrainian National Museum

Feb. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Group show of Bulgarian Artists Abroad opens on Friday March 2, 2012 at 7 pm at the Ukrainian National Museum. The Bulgarian Artists Abroad is a non-for profit organization founded in 2007 in Chicago by a few Bulgarian born artists. Opening reception will include a performance of Bulgarian national dances by assemble "Horo"- Chicago.

The primary goal of the Bulgarian Artist Abroad group is to make the Bulgarian art and culture more popular in the US and the world. Its members come from all major American cities such as Chicago, New York, Houston, Miami,  Washington, D.C., New Orleans, San Francisco and the organization has had 23 art shows already in US and Europe. The Ukrainian National Museum is located in the heart of the Ukrainian Village, at 2249 West Superior Street in Chicago. Hours: Thursday through Sunday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Adults $5.00, Children under 12 - Free.
