Harrisburg U to Offer Training Courses for Advanced HACCP, Internal Auditing and Allergen Awareness
The training courses are offered through Harrisburg University's Food Science & Technology Center (FS&TC), which provides food industry professionals with strategic development opportunities for career advancement.

The FS&TC is under the leadership of Alan McConnell who has over 20 years’ experience serving the food processing industry as a technical consultant, food safety instructor, laboratory director, and quality control manager. His specialties include: food chemistry and microbiology, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) compliance, sanitation, HACCP, and product and process troubleshooting and improvement.
