Phenomenal Magazine Launch Presents the Black Beauty in You

Feb. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Phenomenal Magazine (www.phenomenalmag.com), a beauty, lifestyle, and fashion through arts digital publication that is dedicated to the "Black Beauties" around the world, will launch on Monday February 20, 2012. Phenomenal Magazine will feature content not only related to the African decedents culture, but will embark on topics that are geared toward all matters of the heart. Phenomenal Magazine is spearheaded by Executive Editor-in-Chief Deidre' LaShon.

The word Phenomenal says it all: Unusually Rare, Extraordinary, and Unparalleled, all of the qualities a woman possess. Phenomenal Magazine was built and centered on building up "Phenomenal Black Beauties", giving them a voice and parachuting them to galvanize every opportunity that comes their way.

Executive Editor-in-Chief, Deidre' LaShon, share her thoughts on what Phenomenal Magazine means to her. "When trying to come up with a name for the digital publication, there was one word that stood out amongst the rest. Phenomenal is the one word that a lot of women strive to become. It ignites the fuse inside of so many women. I am ecstatic to be a part of a magazine that will play such a major role in the lives of women that need it the most".

Phenomenal Magazine reflects the meaning behind "Phenomenal Woman," written by Maya Angelou. Phenomenal Magazine believes that it is the blueprint of why all women should feel beautiful and assertive. Beautiful isn't defined by the industry standard nor model characteristics, but it is defined by how a woman feels on the inside that perpetuates on the outside.
