Students of Jaipuria Institute of Management  Jaipur , a leading B School in Rajasthan indeed “seized the day “over the weekend (10th – 11th Feb.)  for their 5th inter collegiate annual fest Abhyudaya’12.This integrated business festival puts together an array of activities  for students to access their management knowledge and skills. Presented in association with  34 leading brands , the fest saw about 1200 students from 32 colleges across the city and far beyond vie for supremacy in all things creative — from debate, dance, music and fashion shows to quiz, collage, and variety of paintings all revolving around the theme “Invent the Future”.

Students at Jaipuria, Jaipur every year lead this show with full enthusiasm, and novelty of concept, Right from conceptualization of idea, selection of theme, using their skills to get sponsors on board, build Abhyudaya brand, marketing and promotion of event, and managing the event, with added flavor of fun. Students at Jaipuria did this with passion and tenacity. Jaipuria Jaipur, has always had a captivating aura, and naturally attracts business students and enthusiasts, and this has evolved over a period of time and created a natural and unique brand, and people wait to come here for celebrations. This management festival also provides a real life learning platform to the students of PGDM  of Jaipuria Jaipur as they are involved in it right from planning to execution.

Day One saw the events like brand extension, where students have to stretch their imaginations to sell brand, brand dumb charades, which test intellectual acumen of brands, Business plan of young start ups that gave jury a food for thought to become angel investor, Singing competitions that led to have psycho analysis of individuals and , dance performance, and and took their turn on the ramp for Page – 3 the fashion show.  Students were thrilled to meet Ranji players & two time champion Sumit Mathur from Rajasthan Cricket association. The madness was unleashed on Day Two soon after ad mad show and paper dance competitions.. As adrenaline junkies - Steel silcenrzzz (MTV stunt mania Fame) flocked to the adventure zone to try their hand at bike stunt and it stolen everyone’s heart.

The evening was reserved for the Classical musical performance.   Last up? The high-voltage rock band performance by Rudraksh Band. The fest ended on a musical note with DJ mania.

Abhyudaya at Jaipuria Jaipur serves as a platform facilitating the interaction of eminent personalities from the industry, academia, and students from diverse background meeting together and having discourse over variety of topics, in varied events.
Dr. Sheenu Jain, Covenor Abhyudaya’12 , Jaipuria Jaipur said, we gave chance to showcase talents, to take that leap that students were afraid to, to take that plunge that petrified them and to come out on the other side victorious. We offered one shot at fame that students have always longed for. So be it fine arts, performing arts or literary skills, we have the stage set for youngsters to take over. The stage that has been adorned by many great people, and we gave the chance to etch youngsters to have their name in the hallowed halls of fame. Abhyudaya was the perfect event to leave behind worries and pains, to break the shackles and be set free.
Dr. Jain, said right from running around, to manage the show, handle the stress our students are perfect, and these event give them a platform to learning by doing, and convert what we teach them in class, implement them practically.
