Feb. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- VTown Cartel's new online search and delivery portal located is located at http://search.vtowncartelmusic.com.  This online portal, powered by soundminer, allows users to search from thousands of tracks and download in the preferred format.  

This very same delivery engine is currently used by music companies like 615 Music and 5 Alarm.
