TriCounty Health Integrates LifeWIRE® Mobile Communication Platform to Increase Rural Outreach

The Tri-County Health Network (Colorado) is now using LifeWIRE’s interactive mobile messaging platform as part of their utilization for outreach to their rural patients with diabetes and other chronic conditions.
