Mr. Taracks’ client was twenty-seven-years old at the time when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision on I-75 Southbound in Hillsborough County, at which time the defendant crossed over into an adjoining lane and struck a tractor trailer. Shortly thereafter, Florida Highway Patrol was called to the scene of the accident where they subsequently conducted a DUI investigation after allegedly observing the odor of alcohol on the driver’s breath.
