Did Miss Eva Meads open the loan modification file at 5 pm Friday Oct 8th 2010 and close it at 11 am the following Monday Oct 11th 2010 ? YES
Did she give a reason for her decision to decline the loan application? NO
Did SHE FOLLOW CORRECT GOVERNMENT MANDATED procedures? NO  
Did Miss Eva Meads talk to Mr. Kelly’s father about how much money Mr. Kelly would need to loan his son Bernard to get the loan modification approved? NO
Did Miss Eva Meads speak to anyone about the rental income from Mr Kelly’ housemates that equaled the mortgage payment? NO
