The new core product range consists of:

•   New Body:  Based on the original best-selling menu plan, which delivers an average of 7lbs weight loss over fourteen days.  Delicious meals provided on the New Body programme include Honey Seed Granola, Bangkok Salmon with Noodle Salad and Arabiata Noci Spinaci.  Available in Wheat Free, Halal or Vegetarian options, and used with success by with Caroline Flack, Gabby Logan and Louisa Lytton (testimonials available). •   Blitz Body:  A seven day menu plan specifically designed to help those on a tight timescale get into that too tight dress!  Together with tempting meal options such as Rise and Shine Muesli, Potage Vert with Melba Toast and Mediterranean Pizza and Crunchy Coleslaw, this package also includes Dead Sea Bathing Salts, an exfoliating Body Brush and herbal teas to enhance the therapeutic benefits of the programme.  The Fashion and Beauty Editor’s favourite, Blitz Body delivers great inch loss results within days. Complementing the plans is another new product range, Eat In.  These delectable lifestyle meals have been introduced as a healthy alternative to a take away, and have been designed to complement the New Body, Active Body and Blitz Body plans, or just as an occasional treat. As with the other menu plans in the MY Food range, Eat In dinners are delivered to the customer’s door, with the three course meals designed to provide all the flavour of a more indulgent meal, but without the guilt.  Chef prepared fresh ingredients, premium herbs and spices and international cuisine are combined in four options:  Fragrant Thai, Vibrant Mexican, Classic Italian and Aromatic Indian.
