Feb. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- StayinFront, Inc., a leading global provider of customer relationship management systems and mobile sales force effectiveness tools, is continuing its highly successful expansion into Australia’s Over the Counter (OTC)/pharmaceutical distribution network with the announcement of J.A. Davey Pty Ltd as the latest customer of the StayinFront EdgeCG™ SaaS (software-as-a-service) Consumer Goods CRM and Analytics solution.

Melbourne headquartered J.A. Davey supplies medical equipment and healthcare products from leading brands such as Omron and Kobayashi to pharmacies across Australia.

The company wanted to lift the effectiveness of its national pharmacy team with a strategic shift from paper to a cloud-based, fully automated field force sales and marketing solution. The key requirements were for a fully-hosted SaaS solution which could be rapidly implemented and was easy to use, minimising disruption to the J.A. Davey field representatives.

StayinFront EdgeCG integrates with Australia’s largest pharmaceutical supply chain gateway - the Health Services Network (HSN) to automate turn in orders. The integration means reps simply enter orders in StayinFront and send them through the HSN, using a single, simple format for fast, efficient and streamlined ordering and swift delivery for customers.

Simon Mitchell, Director of J.A. Davey, said in signing the deal: “StayinFront’s credentials and experience in our market sector in Australia gave us confidence that we had chosen the right vendor to help us automate the company’s field force operations. StayinFront EdgeCG will not only meet the current field force automation needs of J.A. Davey’s pharmacy team but will also support the company’s planned expansion into the grocery sector. A modular approach will allow administrators to quickly and easily switch functionality on and off by role to easily accommodate the needs of both grocery and pharmacy reps from one solution.

StayinFront EdgeCG will run on the latest Samsung Galaxy Android tablet which will be rolled out to the J.A.Davey team in the coming weeks.
