Clinical Development recruitment grows by 26%

Feb. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Despite the tough conditions within UK Clinical Development in 2011, AXESS, the Pharmaceutical industry recruitment specialist, reported a 26% increase in business within the Clinical Development recruitment sector during the year, with particular growth in senior management roles. To support this growth Rebecca Bray has been appointed as Talent Acquisition Manager focusing on Senior Clinical Development professionals.

Rebecca Bray has worked in an account management role for AXESS since 2004, and has significant expertise within the Clinical Development sector. She commented “My new specialised role will give me the opportunity to meet all our senior candidates face to face to find out what career progression they are looking for and give them advice and guidance to achieve these goals.”

Rebecca will work alongside Omar de Bary, Talent Acquisition Specialist for CTA, CRA, Clinical Project Management and Clinical Outsourcing roles, and together look set to drive even more growth for the AXESS Clinical Development team in 2012.
