Neal's Mortgage Division Announces Name Change And New Hire

Feb. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Southwest Florida – Neal Communities has changed the name of its mortgage company from First Continental Mortgage to State Street Mortgage. The small name change speaks largely and more accurately to the company’s strong commitment to local and home-town service.

State Street Mortgage in Lakewood Ranch, Florida – a joint venture with First Continental Mortgage in Houston, Texas – will continue to be led by Todd Boese. New addition Shannon Cole is actively serving as a loan originator and the company anticipates hiring a processor on board very soon. State Street Mortgage will continue to be more efficient and effective with the buyers as staff and products are added to service the anticipated wider variety of mortgage loans.
