The National Conference Center Hosts 25th Annual Chocolates Galore & More! February 17
One of the Region’s Most Popular Food Events Helps Families in Need
Event attendees will indulge in rich, luscious chocolates, exquisite desserts and mouth-watering hors d’oeuvres prepared by the area’s finest restaurants and caterers and showcased in a competition for Best Presentation and Best Taste (Critic’s Choice will be determined by seven local judges and People’s Choice will be judged by event attendees.) Attendees will also enjoy silent and live auctions, free-flowing champagne, music, dancing and more -- all for a great cause.

Mary Beth Albright Final four of The Next Food Network Star Season 7. She is also a food writer and DC Magazine’s food critic. Sue Ann Gleason, Washington DC-based culinary nutritionist, dynamic eating psychology coach, speaker and writer. Steve Mannino, Executive chef of Rustico restaurants in Alexandria and Arlington, he opened Olives in Las Vegas and has cooked for many celebrities in their private homes. Hilary Phelps, a baker and athlete with an online following. Her content ranges from fashion, to food, to fitness. Stephanie Holguin, is the founder of foodie-isms.com, she is also the community food content producer at WUSA9. Leigh McDonald, an attorney, and former law professor and also the founder of the website: NiceShoesNoDrama.com. She appears regularly on local television and is a regular content contributor to a host of media outlets. Overseeing the judging is Chef Craig Mason, executive chef at The National Conference Center. Trained at The Culinary Institute of America, Mason has more than 15 years of award-winning culinary experience.

Proceeds support the YMCA’s Loudoun County’s Building Bridges annual giving campaign, which provides essential scholarships and much-needed funds to local Loudoun County families who turn to the YMCA for help.
