Health Researcher found Innocent of Practicing "Medicine" without a License

A flamboyant alternative researcher/health practitioner from Illinois has claimed the right to practice “medicine” without a license. He was sued by the State of Illinois but won the case, beating big brother and big pharma.
Feb. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- A flamboyant alternative researcher/health practitioner from Forest Park, Illinois has for years boldly claimed the right to practice “medicine” without a license.  See:

On Feb. 6, 2012 Mike Witort finally had his day in court and won! Illinois Dept. of Professional Regulations ruled that “Doc” Mike was totally innocent and threw his case out, prompting “Doc” Mike to prepare a counter suit with 20 counts of conspiracy including tampering with evidence, purported fraud on the court, lying under oath and prosecutorial misconduct. The prosecutor was beaten up so badly by “Doc” Mike and his attorney that the prosecutor has reportedly applied for six months of medical leave from his State job.

This victory, 10 years in the running, is not just a victory for Witort, who stated, “This is a win for natural medicine and a setback for big pharma and their government attack dogs.”

The frivolous and malicious prosecution was initiated by Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan in 2002 in a case she assumed would be a slam dunk to make  an example of anyone daring to attempt to help people cut back on prescription drugs, but the case backfired both civilly and criminally by 185 pounds of medical bobcat, a.k.a. “Doc Mike.”

“My time in prison gave me even more passion to fight the system to help  emancipate people from the bondage of big brother and big pharma.”

“Doc” Mike, who has referred to himself as a “DLR” or “Doctor of Last Resort”, has been sought by desperate patients who had previously been unsuccessfully treated by a myriad of mainstream physicians, said, “I thank all the people who prayed for me over the past 10 years of this ordeal. We’re now working on setting up a citizens review board to protect health practitioners who ‘prescribe’ such ‘radical’ techniques as fresh fruits, vegetables and oxygenation therapies.”

Witort, ever defiant, is adding a new audio message to his answering service that says, “Freedom to Cure,” and offers people access to all medical  research, either allopathic or AHC (Authentic Health Care).

In the past 14 years he’s used his techniques on hundreds of patients diagnosed by doctors as having “incurable” Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. He also specializes in helping people, in cooperation with their doctors, to detox from PDA (Pprescription Drug Addiction). He does this from his Forest Park home and his Oak Park clinic and by telephone at: 708-488-8887.

In his quest to reduce prescription drug dependency, Witort unrepentantly refers to pharmaceutical company executives as “global parasites.”

Said Witort, “Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Corporation lost billions of dollars and many people say it was largely because of people like myself, showing the masses that there is more to life than pharmaceutical drugs. If Pfizer thinks I’m rolling over, they have another ‘think’ coming. We will continue to educate, not medicate, until 300 million Americans stand up and say to the medical establishment, ‘It’s over’.”
