Elle Intimates Holds First Ever Team Building

Feb. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Being in the industry for six years since 2005, Elle Intimates started the year with its first ever Team Building for its employees last January 7-8. The two-day Team Building was held at the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction Y.C James Yen Center, Silang, Cavite.

Elle Intimates entrusted Starfisher Asia’s Chief Facilitator, Mr. Jef Menguin to conduct its first Team Building.

"We've been simmering on the idea for a couple of years already. But we were waiting for the "perfect time;" until we realized that there is no perfect time. So, we took the first step, we let things happen, and now we are working with renewed energies. Our goal was to change our people's mindset. To make them act and do things as if they are owners protecting Elle's interest. We have not reached that goal. But we are making improvements that will help us form the habit. It is a work in progress," said Ms. Camille Escudero, manager and daughter of the owner of Elle Intimates.
