Feb. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Cambridgeshire based wood fired outdoor hot tub and sauna supplier Bathing Under the Sky is organising a unique “Spa under the Sky” charity well-being and pampering event at Chilford Hall Vineyard & Conference Centre on 17th, 18th and 19th February, to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

For £20, guests can enjoy two hours in a Scandinavian-style outdoor spa and be hugged by warmth in luxurious steaming wood fired hot tubs, get toasty warm in a dry Finnish sauna, try to swim in a ball pool, join aquafitness, relax with a professional massage and spoil themselves with a glass of spring water or white wine served in hot tubs under the stars.

The event is being organised by entrepreneurs Alexandra Weissova and Bart Juranek, who after experiencing the amazing British made hot tubs on a mini break in Derbyshire, fell in love with the eco-friendly concept and in 2010 decided to set up Bathing Under the Sky in their home in Cambridgeshire, to bring the niche product and outdoor spa experience to others.

Made in a small British workshop from Western Red Cedar wood, the hot tubs are wood fired and are proving popular with private and corporate clients, celebrities, and party and event organisers all over the UK who are looking for an exciting new experience.

Slovakian born company owner Alexandra Weissova comments, “We are all about promoting little life changes, encouraging people to relax and spend more time out of the office, away from computers and outside in the fresh air. Relaxing in hot water is a great way to de-stress, ease joint pain and wind down after dealing with the pressures of modern life; and when in the beautiful outdoors, the feelings are out of the ordinary.”

“If you would like to meet us or chat to us about the charity event, we will be showcasing our barrel sauna at Parker’s Piece in Cambridge City Centre this weekend on Saturday and Sunday the 10th and 11th February.”

The charity event at Chilford Hall has limited capacity and early booking is essential – maximum 30 people per time slot and time slots are 2- 4pm, 4-6pm and 6-8pm.

The event is open to individuals, groups and families (children should be 7+). Please check availability by visiting www.bathingunderthesky.com or calling the booking office on 01763 268551. 50% of all proceeds will go to Cancer Research UK.
