Storage Village Cares: Local Storage Establishes Partnership with Partners In Care

Feb. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Millersville, MD – February 7, 2012 – Storage Village is helping our elderly neighbors remain independent in their own homes by establishing a relationship with Partners in Care.

Partners in Care is a community-powered organization wherein neighbors donate  their time and unique expertise to help the seniors in Anne Arundel County when they need it.  Now through April 30th, Storage Village will be selling water bottles at their Millersville location to support Partners in Care’s efforts.  All money collected from the water bottles will fund Partners In Care’s services for driving seniors to medical appointments and making handyman repairs.

This organization was nominated by Frank Mundell, the manager of Storage Village Millersville, and was chosen based on the critical service they provide for the community.

Storage Village assists non profits that meet the most critical needs in our community.  Establishing fundraising partnerships every three months, this community oriented self storage has provided relief from poverty, homelessness, hunger, and abuse.

Storage Village’s aid to Partners in Care marks just one of the many ways Storage Village exemplifies and encourages its core values of excellence, integrity, and community service.  Each full time employee volunteers at least 8 hours per month at the organization of his or her choosing.

Storage Village is proud to be an active member in their community.  As “The Trusted Home For Your Possessions,” they invite anyone in need of extra space or who wishes to contribute to visit their facility.  Storage Village is located in Millersville at 8374 Veterans Highway.
