Olven1 Food Van coming soon to Aucklands streets.

Feb. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Olven1 Food Van. Mmmhh whats that name? The name comes from a part of the City Magdeburg in Germany tells us owner Gordon Blume. Now what has that to do with Auckland and a Food Van? Well looking at the Food Van we can tell the best days were something like 20 years ago so we had to completely overhaul the truck. Its a bit like Olven1 , it had his best time way past these days but still something good came out of it. Chef Gordon Blume. After traveling the world he now operates Craftbros Recruitment and Hospitality Temp Staff Agency. Now he believes thats not enough and thought of the idea to get restaurant quality food on the streets for a good price. Basically we want to cater for the lunch breaks of the cooperate market and also students. The weekends we will spent at events and markets in and around Auckland. The Van will operate with staff provide through Craftbros. We actually cannot wait to start but we still waiting on a few parts from europe and also the van needs to get painted as well. Finally a bit of sign writing and then finally ready for Auckland's streets. The goal is to start beginning of march and hopefully we can't keep up with the dead line. There is always something going wrong or not working properly but we will get there. The work on the van is done by Brendon owner of Mount Eden Vehicle Care Center. Gordon says he wouldn't trust anyone else with the work. I hope Auckland'ers are as excited as we are and support our little van.
