Although an individuals home may not look like it came out of “Home and Garden Magazine”  there are simple things that can be done to help make your yard look nice.  Roxana Kuhn gives several tips:

1. Mow and water your lawn.  Although this is a simple thing that requires little explanation many people forget to do it.  Even if your are not living in the property and waiting to rent it, it is polite to your neighbors to mow it.

3. Prune your trees often.  Don’t wait till they are over grown to prune them.
4. Add some décor to your home such as a windchime, yard art or something pleasing to the eye.

Roxana Kuhn knows that by taking care of your lawn and garden you will increase your property value and have better relations with your neighborhood, neighbors and community.  It will also help to improve the environment.  No better time than to begin today.
