Youth sports and fitness training facility offers free workshops for kids

Feb. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Athletic Revolution offers free workshops for kids and student athletes. The workshops are fun, motivating, and accessible to kids of all fitness levels. Participating kids learn about fitness and work on athletic skills such as speed and agility.

AR is a youth fitness and sports training facility for athletes and regular kids to help make them champions of life, fitness and sport. The training techniques will help kids and teens build muscle, lose weight, get faster, jump higher, and become a better all round person.
