By: Katie Payer Curt Foust joins the board representing Janus Capital Group, which has held a board seat in the past through various individuals. Mr. Foust is responsible for corporate matters related to Janus Capital Group Inc. and its subsidiaries, and also holds a seat on the board of the Janus Foundation. He is a Denver native with young children who enjoy the programs of Young Americans. David Mead founded the Mead Consulting Group in 1981. This group works closely with CEOs and business owners of mid-size companies to help them create value and leverage business strengths. Mr. Mead has a long history of entrepreneurship, founding six companies through the past decades. His experience will be an asset to Young Americans, which is focusing on the growth of its entrepreneurship programs. Patrick Quinlan has been the CEO of three successful startup companies, the most recent being Rivet Software. In March 2011, the Denver Business Journal recognized Quinlan as one of Denver's "Forty Under 40" and Quinlan was also a 2011 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist.
