-- VANCOUVER, Wash.–Feb. 3, 2012—Columbia Ultimate, an expert in technology and integrated solutions for the collection industry, expanded its product line and grew its client base in 2011 through an ongoing introduction of efficient and easy-to-use software, program upgrades and educational events.

One of Columbia Ultimate’s top products introduced in 2011 was Ultimate Find— a new data solution designed to greatly enhance the way agencies handle the scrubbing, skip-tracing and scoring of accounts. Also launched in 2011 was Columbia Ultimate’s new hosted dialer and online payment negotiator, Ultimate Contacts.
In addition to these new solutions, Columbia Ultimate continued to focus on data security throughout the year by maintaining Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard 2.0 (PCI-DSS) compliancy and completing SSAE 16 SOC 1 certification.
Client care and education remained a top priority in 2011, highlighted at Columbia Ultimate’s annual Art of Success Conference. The conference, held in Portland, Oregon, brought together collection agency managers, healthcare professionals, government collection experts, and IT specialists from across the U.S. to network and share collection industry best practices. 2012’s Art of Success Conference will be held May 7-11 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
