Leadership Strategies for HR Executives Seminar is February 16 at the Crescent Club in Memphis

Feb. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- HR Professionals of Greater Memphis in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management-Memphis will present Strategic Leadership for HR Executives on February 16 at the Crescent Club located at 6075 Poplar Ave in Memphis. It will be from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM with a wine and cheese reception following. Participants will be able to meet the presenters and get answers to their questions.

The keynote speaker will be Bob Radecki, President of Benefit Comply, LLC, a health and welfare plan compliance consulting firm located in Minneapolis, MN. Bob has been the featured speaker at dozens of health reform seminars and webinars attended by over 5000 employers nationwide and was featured speaker at the Minnesota SHRM 2010 Annual Conference.

Radecki's presentation includes the introduction of a new tool that will help you determine whether to use the State Health Care Exchange or continue with your current plan. Other speakers include Jennifer Kiesewetter, attorney with Kiesewetter Law Firm in Memphis. She will speak on what plan sponsors need to know about 408(b)(2) disclosures and fee disclosures for participants in 2012. Lisa May, VP, with DataFacts, Inc. will speak on a new social media screening tool that provides a comprehensive candidate profile compliant with FCRA, Title VII, and state laws. The program has been approved by HRCI for 2 recertification credits.
