Brooks Chadwick Capital acquires 36 acres from the FDIC

Feb. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Brooks Chadwick Capital recently acquired 36 acres of raw land from the FDIC. The land is on Wigley Road in desirable East Cobb and located in the coveted Lassiter High school district. Brooks Chadwick Capital has successfully rezoned the property which will allow for 48 single family homes to be built. Development of the land will begin immediately.
