Jan. 31, 2012 - PRLog -- Art of the Olympians Museum and Gallery celebrated its two-year anniversary on January 29.

The museum notes there were many successes in 2011, including weekend long celebration of arts, culture and sport with HSH Prince Albert of Monaco.

During its second year, the museum hopes to attract as many –or perhaps more- visitors in 2012. A slate of engaging exhibitions is likely to keep attendance up and reach a broader audience.  This spring, AOTO will explore new arenas of the Olympic ideals. In celebration of the 2012 Olympic Games, AOTO looks to discover what makes a strong leader and how to build a road to success through a series of community conversations. The museum will provide an arena for the public to connect with great community leaders as well as Olympians, artists, and philanthropists through a series of intimate conversations entitled Cultural Connections.

“On our second anniversary we are reminded of all we have accomplished and all that we are working towards,” said Cathy Oerter, AOTO Chairwoman. “We would not be where we are today if not for the support of our community, our board members, our volunteers, our Olympians and the visitors who have supported our mission.”
