Jan. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Chicago, Illinois, January 30 2012 - Dedert Corporation, specialists in drying and evaporation technology worldwide, has moved into their new head office and state-of-the-art research and development facility, located at 17740 Hoffman Way, Homewood, Illinois.

The new North American headquarters combines an expanded office, pilot plant and the ability to hold critical spare parts in stock for immediate delivery, enabling Dedert to provide the best service to its Customers. The new location is strategically well positioned in the heart of the Midwest, just 30 miles from downtown Chicago, conveniently near Interstates 294 and 80.

“We are really excited about this new facility,” states Guy Lonergan, President of Dedert Corporation. “Our expansion is attributed to our entire team that has made Dedert one of the leaders in the process industry. In uncertain economic times this represents a significant investment and considerable commitment to Dedert's Customers. We look forward to starting 2012 in a new working environment and to welcoming our Customers and contacts in our offices.”

The fully-equipped 10,000 square foot onsite research facility will be a useful tool in providing customers with innovative process solutions designed to increase their competitive advantage.  Products and processes will be tested on pilot scale Dedert evaporators and/or dryers to establish the correct parameters and material characteristics needed for optimal design and scale-up. The adjoining laboratory will allow detailed analysis of product quality.

Dedert moved into the new office, which has dedicated space for training, group meetings and break-out rooms for private client meetings, at the beginning of December. The pilot plant is scheduled to be completed in April 2012.

Dedert Corporation specializes in the custom-design of industrial evaporation and drying equipment and has successfully provided integrated dryer and evaporator systems worldwide for over 40 years.  Dedert standard of design provides systems which are innovative, energy efficient and can be incorporated into Customer’s expansion plans.
