NEED AND FEED do Extensive QC monitoring and control system from the raw materials, Sample development, Pre-production and Production to product packing, Meeting and Surpassing the quality standard of customers.

WEAVING:
Our manufacturers’ hi-tech weaving machinery can design the most complicated and elaborate patterns on to fabrics without any blemishes.

KNITTING:
Our associate factories use state of the art knitting machinery from Mayer & Cie (Germany), Orizio (Italy), Jumberica (Spain) and Terrot (Germany), Fukuhara of Japan, Unitex, Falmac and Mayer & Cie . Also, Japanese collar making machines from Matsuya and Shima Seiki are widely used. Most machines are equipped with special attachments to produce Lycra fabrics.

IRONING & FINISHING:
Factories have modern finishing units, thread sucking machines, vacuum and steam pressing facilities to get the desired finish.

STITCHING:
The most modern stitching machinery is used in our factories. A mix of Single stitch, double stitch, 4-thread over lock, flat locks, button hole machine , Collar attaching machine , Automatic Placket setting machine and computer programmable label stitching machine, to perform stitching process efficiently.

DYEING:
Dyeing plants specialise in dyeing and various washing techniques like Pigment dyeing,  Enzyme washes, Faded look, Acid wash, Wrinkle effect, Vintage wash, Stone wash, Ozone magic and Alkali wash.

GARMENT WASHING:
Modern washing units are equipped with heavy duty washing plant, Hydro extractor, stain  removing machines to ensure quality

PACKING:
Our staff will ensure the labeling, packing and carton marking is carried out according to  buyer's instruction whilst our in house quality control team strictly monitor the process for  accuracy
