BookKeeping Express Announces New Executive Level Hire for National Franchise Advisor Position
Appoints Rocco Rinaldi as National Franchise Advisor, a newly created position designed to further increase support and accelerate growth
Before joining BookKeeping Express, Rinaldi held various regional and district management positions where he led territory growth, drove top-line sales revenues and implemented extensive marketing initiatives. Rinaldi oversaw one of the top performing districts at H&R Block and was responsible for advising and coaching franchisees towards increased market share, higher revenues and more efficient operations. His previous positions include Regional Director of Franchise Operations at Kinetico Water Systems, District Manager at H&R Block, Assistant Vice President at Absolute Quality and Account Manager at High-Line.
Rinaldi brings more than seven years of franchise field management experience and 20 years of experience building and implementing franchise business and marketing programs, leading operations strategic consulting focused on sales and revenue growth. Rinaldi holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Organizational Leadership from University of Baltimore and a Graduate Certificate in Technology Commercialization.

The company’s aggressive U.S. and Canadian franchise development plans call for more than 30 new territories in 2012.
