Two new warehouses are inaugurated in Panama Pacifico

Jan. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Yesterday Jan. 26, two new warehouses were inaugurated in Panama Pacifico, that in addition to the five already existing in the first special economic zone of the country.

Personalities from business and governmental were present and prestiged the event, among which we can highlight Miroslava Vilar MICI, Senator Marlyn Vallarino de Sellhorn, Manolith Samaniego, Mayor of Arraijan, Jose Gonzalez, Representative of Veracruz, Monica Garcia and Ariel Nieto of the Customs Authority, Panama Pacifico Agency (APP) Board Members and senior Managers as well as London & Regional Panama (LRP) executives.

Dan Marcus, LRP Development Director noted that with these 2 new warehouses Panama Pacifico can offer over 90,000 m2 of world-class infrastructure the benefits of the new infrastructure can make to have more than 90,000 m2. Also commented all the new things that are being developed in this Special Economic Zone, located in the west bank of the Panama Canal.
The Administrator of the APP, Olmedo Alfaro highlighted the new INADEH center for training and employment database being developed at Panama Pacifico.

Then, they were joined by the distinguished guests on to the traditional ribbon cutting.

Panama Pacifico Special Economic Area is a 1,400-acre, which was created by Law 41 of 2004, where his Master Developer, London & Regional Panama, master planned and is building modern office buildings and world-class warehouses, homes, condos, schools and universities, restaurants, sports areas and a full range of amenities that have become favorite the site of multinationals that operate in the logistics industry, shipbuilding, high-tech manufacturing, call centers and several additional activities.
