Angelina Lavo releases her sexy & stylish video for her hit CIRCUS ACT

Jan. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- New York, NY (Jan. 26, 2012) – The seductive Russian songstress Angelina Lavo just dropped her video CIRCUS ACT, and it is on fire. After a behind-the-scenes video hit YouTube, fans began salivating over what was to come next, and they will not be not disappointed!

Bernard Gourley directed the coquettish video, and Grammy-Award winner Omen, who produced all of the tracks on Angelina’s upcoming EP, also collaborated on Circus Act.

America was first introduced to Angelina with her YouTube track, Space Cowboy, reaching nearly a half-million views in just a few months - surprising even the newcomer herself. But she’s excited her fans found her so early, and hope they’re ready for what’s to come.

“Putting this song together has been a dream, and I'm excited to share Circus Act with the world. I hope my fans have as much fun dancing to it as I did creating it," Angelina said.

Angelina Lavo is a pop ingénue with a Russian edge and a sensual sound. Born in Moscow, Angelina’s grandmother  put her in music school from a very young age - playing piano and crafting her sound throughout her teenage years. At first, she set her dream on becoming a singer and performer but became a broadcast journalist. Through her experience as a journalist, Angelina was repeatedly pulled back towards music, interviewing a variety of entertainers and artists. She interviewed Christina, a classic Russian band live on-air. Through her conversations regarding their career, Angelina was invited to join them on tour as a back-up singer. She knew if she was going to step out on her own she wanted to start fresh, escaping the Russian music scene and do it the American way. In 2009, she came to New York City with dreams of pop stardom, and is firmly taking her stand with her first single, Circus Act, which is featured on KTU Dance Nation. Another track from her upcoming album, Space Cowboy, already has a half-million views on YouTube and is quickly climbing.

Collaborating with Grammy-winning producer Omen (Lil Wayne, Drake, Fabolous) at Stadium Red has been a dream for Angelina, whose hero is the ultimate performer, Madonna. She aims to make music that is empowered, escapist, and above all—fun, “My EP is easy-going & fun because everyone has terrible, tough situations, but my music puts all of that away.
