Attorney Melissa Brumback Has Been Named Chair of the 10th Judicial District Grievance Committee

Jan. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC - Ragsdale Liggett PLLC has announced that Melissa Dewey Brumback, partner at the law firm, was appointed Chair of the 10th Judicial District Grievance Committee, after serving on the committee for three years and as Vice-Chair in 2011.

The committee is a division of the North Carolina State Bar and is comprised of both lawyers and non-lawyers from across the district.  Its purpose is to investigate complaints against members and make recommendations of whether probable cause exists for violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct.  "It is an honor to be appointed Chair of this important committee,” said Ms. Brumback. "I am proud of the work we do to uphold the highest standards imposed in the profession of law.”

About Melissa Brumback:
