Lori Carr & Associates expands executive team; adds call center sales and service practice leader

Jan. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Business consulting firm Lori Carr & Associates announces the expansion of its executive consultant team with the addition of Patty Lager in the role of Call Center Sales and Service Practice Leader.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience with Fortune 100 companies, Lager is well versed in designing and developing call center sales and service organizations. In her new position at Lori Carr & Associates, Lager will work closely to help develop and integrate strategy techniques for clients in the property and casualty, banking, life insurance, environmental solutions, and health care industries. Additional responsibilities will include planning and developing new approaches for attracting, leveraging and retaining key talent, as well as implementing customer service methods to improve cost savings and quality.
