Zumba Charity Event at Sublime Fitness Studio

Jan. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- According to the American Heart Association, "every minute in the United States, someone's wife, mother, daughter or sister dies from heart disease, stroke or other form of cardiovascular disease (CVD)." In an effort to support the AHA's Go Red for Women initiative, Sublime Fitness Studio will be hosting a Party Hearty™ Zumbathon on Saturday, February 4th from 4pm to 6pm. For $10, the public is invited to participate in raising funds for this worthy cause. Several of the area's Zumba instructors will be donating their time to the event. We encourage participants to register soon since space is limited.

The American Heart Association created Go Red for Women to promote awareness of the issue of women and heart disease. Go Red for Women "harnesses the energy, passion and power women have to band together and collectively wipe out heart disease." Zumba® has responded by encouraging Zumba instructors to host Party Hearty™ fundraisers all across the nation.

Admission can be purchased online, at www.sublimefitnessstudio.com. The studio is located at 161 Main Street, Medway MA in the Medway Mills.
