Next, they plan to meet in Charleston, this time out of romance and adventure, but Jace’s old girlfriend, Jeri Lance, returns. He breaks their date, and Kendal is shattered. Jace realizes he loves Kendal and sends word that he’s waiting in Charleston. She travels to the beautiful, scenic city, and they solidify a love that lasts a lifetime.
