IPsoft Establishes Presence in Norway
IPsoft's Norwegian office will feature a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center, which will act as one of the primary service hubs for IPsoft’s growing base of Nordic clients.
IPsoft established a Nordic presence in 2009 with the opening of the Stockholm office. The Oslo office expands IPsoft’s Nordic footprint and will bring the company’s expert systems and expert engineers closer to customers.

The Norwegian market is gradually moving to offshoring, explained Per Ottosson, Managing Director of IPsoft Nordics.
“The adoption of labor arbitrage has been somewhat slower here than in Sweden,” Ottosson said. “Whereas in Sweden we primarily replace the Indian labor arbitrage players, in Norway we can skip that step altogether and move straight to autonomics and technology arbitrage.”
IPsoft’s expert systems resolve, on average, 56 percent of all client incidents without human intervention. For issues that cannot be resolved with automation alone, clients can rely on skilled engineers in Network Operations Centers worldwide.
