SightSpan Inc. is Pleased to Announce Troy Mills Joins Firm as Senior Manager

Jan. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Troy will also take on a Practice Lead role for enterprise banking client engagements in services and products across all SightSpan Divisions. With over twenty years of leadership experience, Troy brings a unique combination of management expertise and operational leadership across all market sectors for SightSpan. He brings years of business experience, with a background in retail brokerage and deposit-side fraud prevention as well as data management and data quality and their impacts on overall risk management.

Mr. Mills was a principal in the domestic brokerage division of the international banking giant Fortis.  He also held several leadership positions within the product space providing solutions to financial services firms. He has the unique experience of worked on both sides of the table and he understands the needs of both parties to improve operational efficiency while maintaining consistent expenditures.

For the past several years, Troy has been concentrating on proactively improving data quality within some of the world’s largest banks.  Focused on improving controls and data governance has saved his customers millions of dollars in their projects to create new or upgrade existing systems.  These improvements have helped streamline compliance efforts and improve business processes during daily operations as well as during acquisitions and conversions.  A very unique background allows Troy to bring thought leadership and a multi-dimensional insight to each client engagement.
