Daymark Secures Major New Lease with Liaison Technologies at Royal 400 Business Park Near Atlanta

Jan. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- SANTA ANA, CA (January 19, 2012) – Daymark Realty Advisors, a leading provider of strategic asset, property management and structured finance solutions for owners of commercial real estate, today announced that Liaison Technologies, Inc. has signed a 36-month lease for 34,600 square feet of space at Royal 400 Business Park in the Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta.

Daymark manages Royal 400 Business Park, located on 3155, 3157 and 3159 Royal Drive, on behalf of individual owners.  Built in 1998, the three one-story office buildings together total more than 140,200 square feet on 22.5 acres.

Liaison Technologies is a global integration and data management company providing unique and high-value solutions to securely integrate, transform and manage complex business information. Founded in 2000, the company provides services to 9,000 organizations in over 35 countries. While Liaison’s new location at Royal 400 serves as its corporate headquarters, it also has offices in the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

According to John Beeland, Daymark’s vice president, asset management, today’s competitive market conditions make it challenging to secure leases with large quality tenants such as Liaison. “We are extremely pleased that we were able to negotiate this attractive lease with Liaison under terms that are a win-win for all parties involved.”

Beeland adds, “Liaison makes a great addition to the current tenant mix at Royal 400 and has already reported to us that it is very pleased with the new space.” With the addition of Liaison, the property overall is approximately 90 percent leased. Other tenants include Ericsson, Fulton County and Esurance.
