Access Executive Network Hosts Presentation on Option Analysis: Business Decision Making Methodology
Access Executive Network of Los Angeles will sponsor a presentation on option analysis by marketing and communications expert Barbara Lewis on Wednesday, January 25, 2011 at 6:00 PM at Sony Pictures Plaza, 3910 Madison Ave, Culver City, Calif.
For over two decades, Ms. Lewis has been helping executives make the best decision through a process called option analysis. She will present a demonstration on how to mathematically calculate the best option whenever there are too many choices. The presentation will provide a step-by-step, easy-to-follow methodology that can be an important tool in the business decision-making process.
Ms. Lewis has been a frequent speaker at national conferences talking on black marketing topics, which uses her black belt in karate as a springboard;
She lectures at the UCLA Anderson School of Management on primary research and survey development and is a current member of the LAPD Community Police Advisory Board and a former board member of Orthopaedic Hospital’s Institutional Review Board and Reading is Fundamental of Southern California.
Featured Business Case: Harriet’s Cheesecakes
The business case problem will discuss how Harriet’s Cheesecakes can move from a mom and pop operation rich in family tradition to become a national/global brand without sacrificing its unique product integrity. Harriet's Cheesecakes is a 40 year old family-owned shop in Inglewood, California. Their cheesecakes were featured on the Food Network show, "The Best Thing I Ever Ate", articles on the Los Angeles Times, and have highly favorable reviews on the major consumer online review sites.
