Is Your Hair Making you Depressed? Ivory Lounge and Wendy Coles Hair Offer a Revolutionary Solution
Hair stylists trying to provoke a widespread hair revolution.
Enter the Style Revolution Makeover Event for those wanting to change the way they look and feel from head to toe. Inspired by Jamie Oliver’s ‘food revolution’, the Ivory Lounge and Wendy Coles Hair are inviting men and women in desperate need of a new style to apply to their event for a chance to start off the new year on their best foot and to learn a little about how a positive self-image can help with self-confidence.
“We want to offer more than just a great haircut. We want to educate and show people how the hottest Hollywood trends can be right here in our city. It doesn’t matter who you are - everyone deserves to look and feel great,” says Steinmann, the owner of the Ivory Lounge.
The Style Revolution Makeover Event is looking for 4 women and 1 man who need a makeover or a new style, and couples are welcome to apply. Each of the contestants chosen will receive new hair colour, a cut and style, a makeup consultation, a clothing consultation, and the chance to win over $500.00 dollars in gift certificates for a variety of services from local merchants.
How to apply:
To nominate yourself or a friend, colleague, family member, etc., submit a story that explains why they/you need a new style- the more imaginative the better. It will be reviewed and the winning entrants will be chosen by the style team. Even better, send them a photo that shows your current style.
Drop off your submission by Monday January 23 to Ivory Hair Lounge and Wendy Coles Hair 1371 Johnston Road, White Rock, B.C, V4V 3Z3
OR email them to ivorylounge@
Five winners will be announced on January 30th.
Chosen makeover contestants will reveal their new looks in front of friends and family at the Reveal party on February 9th
