This is due in part to the incredibly successful launch of their new Westbourne office which has generated an influx of new instructions registered by the residential lettings team.

Bournecoast has become very successful at attracting new landlords, not least because of a solid track record of having successfully let a large volume of stock to good quality tenants.  These tenants have to go through a rigorous vetting process by their experienced in-house referencing team.
