By: TheaterXtreme Entertainment Group Jan. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- THEATERXTREME RE-LAUNCH UPDATE - MOVING FORWARD
Grand Rapids, MI - January 16, 2012 - TheaterXtreme News Release (TXEG - TheaterXtreme Entertainment Group ) TheaterXtreme is getting noticed! Since our recent updating of the current web site we have been getting more and more interest about our TheaterXtreme brand. We currently have groups showing interest in wanting to franchise in Dallas, Nevada, Alabama, West VA, Utah, South Carolina, and New Jersey to name a few. This is very exciting news knowing that we have strong interest in our company. We are currently in the final stages of laying out our expansion plan, and soon we will be actively and openly marketing franchises in the US. Business Plan: We have several individuals and groups wanting to learn more about our plans and how we are going to operate, and they have been awaiting our official plan release. We are pleased to announce we completed our TXEG TheaterXtreme The new smaller store concepts will focus on keeping overhead low, while increasing revenue and product availability, and ultimately profits! We will have more cash n' carry products to increase sales, leaning more towards traditional retail while still keeping focus on what the original TheaterXtreme brand is known for - custom theater design, packages, and pro installation. The business plans are available and can be sent or emailed by contacting us through the TXEG TheaterXtreme website (http://www.theaterxtreme.com) or via the contact information included in this release. Products: We have, and are working on, contracts with key vendors and distibutors in an effort to bring substantial discounts and shipping deals, and exclusive product offerings to the TXEG TheaterXtreme program. With commitments already in place from most all of the major brands we wanted in the program, and with the combined purchasing power of all the future TheaterXtreme stores as a whole, we know that we will be able to offer very competitive pricing for our members and our customers through our new system. Current Existing Brand Locations: We still currently have a few pre-existing licensees left from the original corporation franchise program, and we are working on agreements with them to keep them as part of our new program. The agreements will allow them continued use of the TXEG name and trademarks and the ability to participate in our new member programs and purchasing system. Company Website: Our company website is going through changes, currently it is very simple and to the point, as we are only trying to convey the most needed information to visitors - such as store locations and contact information, as well as some basic corporate info. Plans to have a more visually appealing, and robust, product oriented general public website; as well as a separate corporate website for those who are looking for more detailed company information and goings on, are in the works. When these new updates do go live, we will also be including a large push in advertising. And finally, as we fully implement all of our systems and fine tune our vendor agreements, and prove our internal practices, we have plans to move to a e-commerce based public website to allow the direct purchase of products. Company Interest: Even though we are not up and running throughout the country with the new plan or advertising we are still receiving contact from new & old customers, and interested parties, who are finding the TheaterXtreme website without issue. We can attribute Corporate Information and News: The current THEATERXTREME (http://www.theaterxtreme.com) --- A note about our sister brand Rowone: RowOne® introduced some exciting new products at the October High Point Market! Rowone introduced new imported chairs and a large line of domestically made home theater chairs. Berkline, the largest home theater seating manufacturer went out of business last April. RowOne has now introduced its version of the best selling models from Berkline and the reaction to both the domestic and imported chairs is very strong and the program is becoming very successful. All TheaterXtreme stores will get special prices from RowOne on all products. We are also now increasing the product line by converting the imported items formally of the old TXEG company to produce them domestically at near the same cost that the original company was buying them for overseas. RowOne® will be able to offer more options and finishes on domestically made products than the imports. Custom Column Program: Since our last newsletter, our custom column program is starting to do very well! Because of being made domestically, we have improved the program by adding higher columns for the 9 foot ceilings, another corner column, and a second row riser. The Proscenium now comes in several custom sizes to accommodate all size screens, both drop down and fixed. Berkline- A major loss for the furniture industry, RowOne is addressing this by introducing 5 of Berkline’s top selling domestic chair models with similar fabric and size options.
